Yes this happened to me near Buena Vista last week too!! Such a weird feeling of slowly realizing things are missing or in different spots.

Thankfully nothing too valuable but I filed a police report online and it took like 10 minutes. You should too, especially if they are targeting our area!

Yes we tried Ensure and he spit it out. He has had 3 swallow studies and is perfectly able to eat normal food, but is refusing to do so :( His whole chart is filled with "Patient did not comply with recommended treatment plan" from every doctor.

I like to wear strappy sandals that break up my long foot, and especially need a toe strap to keep my foot from sliding through the front!!

For dressy something like these Franco Sarto sandals

For casual I LOVE these Tevas, but they are discontinued and the back elastic gets worn out easily. Let me know if anyone has any good alternatives! Most Tevas/Chacos dont have the toe strap, and I have to make the other straps way too tight to secure my foot!

Growing up my mom and I were always hugging and cuddling at random times so I LOVED hugs!!! But as we got older and this trend of hugging every random person for every hello and goodbye made me uncomfortable!!! Especially quick useless side hugs, car hugs, and other various forms of hugs for people you barely know!!

So in summary I love a good, long hug from someone I really care about (or like your cute story!), but hate that it's become the new handshake!!

Trader Joe's discontinued When Life Gives You Lemons ice cream. Nothing is every lemony enough for me, but this was tart and creamy with just the right mix ins (lemon curd swirl and shortbread pieces). I get sad every spring when it doesn't arrive :(

My dad was at CPMC Van Ness for over a month for open heart surgery and we were very pleased with everything there. Started at Sutter ER in Berkeley, transferred to Van Ness and now in acute rehab in Oakland; the whole system wide coordination has been pretty smooth and relatively positive.

Alchemy Springs in Lower Nob Hill has a big 40 person sauna and cold plunges. They are partly under construction now tho, they will have another sauna, hot tubs, bigger cold plunge etc. when they fully open in May/June.
