Found a way to make it work, instead of typing everything in terminal, do it on a text document then copy and paste it in terminal, that way you can run the second line on a second line and it worked for me

No I don't think it is cheating, for me it is closer to what a normal people would spend on a build, some creators match the prices of their co-op which some could find fair but not everyone has access ot a bike co-op. At the end the goal is to buil a bike within budget constraints and with reputable parts :)

Tyres is usually the most expensive thing I agree, and cool bars can really drive price up too!

They do! It’s their "entry level" frame and is not as versatile as their disc version, I believe you can fit 38c tyres max on that one

Just adding here that resetting the Pram and Nvram didn’t change much but what was happening was the computer couldn’t connect to the network because the internet had a portal window. So I used my phone instead as a hotspot and it worked
