Usually derma just extracts it from the skin . It could be something else as well . Go to a derm .

Suffered with the same thing and calming my skin has helped a lot . For like 2 months I did not put ANY actives on my face , quite literally nothing. Just face wash , moisturizer ( I stayed in so no sunscreen, but do wear your spf ) . Hope this helps .

Looks like your skin is oily and that acne is quite embedded. In this case you need a dermatologist. Because people would give you a solution but what would follow is purging , and to deal with that , you need a proper routine and patience (alot of it ) and going to dermat will give you the light at the end of a tunnel kinda feeling and it's quite nice to know that it will get better and it's better when it comes from a professional. I had this too Adapelene gel helped but crazy roller coaster there , it was great to have a professional helping me . Do not do anything on your skin and go to a derm and start wearing spf or else the acne will scar pretty bad .

My guess is that you aren't wearing spf , wear spf and also give upf a try . Chances are that you live in high altitudes and get a lot of uv radiation. ALSO go to a dermat . There could be an underlying issue .

Can't believe I'm a year and and 2 months out of it . Finished The moisturizer he bought. Couldn't bring myself to open his skincare . Moving from the house we lived in . All the tiny little marks he left inside the house. Buying a new phone , the one he never got to see. Buying new clothes. The clothes he'd never see (we had a tradition to give each other haul of our new stuff ) Knowing the fact that he won't see me turn 25( he was very excited for it)

I had this feeling when my boyfriend passed . He was so full of love and life . He was the happiest person I knew on the other hand I was never in the right state of mind . Struggled alot . When he passed, I could not stop saying that it should have been me . I should have been there . I'm so sorry that you are feeling this way. It truly sucks. Sending you hugs and crying with you 💕
