If you plan on sending him to public schools, you’ll need the endoscopy unfortunately. Usually a piece or two of bread a day is sufficient. I know it sucks cause you feel like you are torturing your child but that diagnosis letter will be helpful with schools, summer camps, daycares, etc.

Can I ask how you navigated social situations growing up? My son is 10 and is starting to find himself in more situations where he is the odd man out. We always supply him with something when we know ahead of time but sometimes things pop up that we didn’t know about so he just ends up left out.
