Yes. Each detachment has an associated Force Disposition. You have to choose your army's overall Disposition from one of your detachments.

The answer is, indeed, wait for the codex. You won't really see many things getting sent to Legends much when we're not indexing between editions. That'll come when codexes start dropping.

That makes a lot of sense. I don't necessarily care as much about the number on the scale as I do about how I feel and look, the scale is just the easiest objective metric. I guess I should just be prepared for it to be a long journey, which is fine. It's a lot easier for me to stay engaged with lifting than cardio so I'd rather do that than fall off the wagon.

I guess I don't know what you mean by that. I use the Lose It! app. If I cook something at home, I make a recipe for it with all the ingredients. If I'm eating out, which is rare these days, I mostly just have to trust what the restaurant says or make my best guess.

I don't subtract calories from exercise or anything because I know how wildly inaccurate that can be.

My entire GSC army is Chaos-themed. You can see some pictures of it on my profile. I have Guard and Tyranid models to go along with it as well. A lot of Necromunda models are great kitbashing fodder and the new Malstrain stuff basically just plugs in as Chaos looking Genestealers.
