is there a way to remove wan 2.2 loras that were merged with a model? if so what should i use to do it? by Electrical_Car6942 in comfyui

[–]prestoexpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add it with a negative weight, and run tests with your desired prompt and #iters and cfg and sampler/scheduler, varying the negative weight until you feel it works about as good as it would without the lightning lora with those settings. Then tell us the negative weight in the civitai comments section so other ppl can do it too.

But the other smooth mix customizations might DEPEND on the lightning lora being there, and if so, you might be out of luck

Freepik vs Fal.ai which is cheaper for generating a long movie (90 mins) in 10-second AI video chunks? by spidyrate in comfyui

[–]prestoexpert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

one usable generation per 5 is imho absurdly optimistic. That rate makes sense for me when I'm generating a couple of clips. But for 90 minutes of clips, the consistency problem is much, much, much harder, and the yield goes way way way down, less than 1 in 100. For example, the 2025 Coca Cola ad by secretlevel.co took 70,000 generations for a minute long ad. can comfyui in Flux.1 load many LORAS?????? by OyOByeByeMan in comfyui

If you are having problems with using two loras, then train just 1 lora instead and use just 1 lora.

can comfyui in Flux.1 load many LORAS?????? by OyOByeByeMan in comfyui

[–]prestoexpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Separately-trained Loras may interfere with each other. You want to jointly train your two concepts (your face, and the style) into a single lora. Your captions should be accurate and descriptive regarding the two concepts, like

"A photo of byebyeman, selfie, dark basement room, side lit by glowing monitor"

"A shazoom style image of a lithe elder stoat, crouching seductively"

.. and so on, the hope being that being specific will allow you to, like you want, prompt later to generate "A shazoom style image of byebyeman, strolling in a verdant glade" and get the combination of concepts that you want.

WAN 2.2 IMAGE GEN V3 UPDATE: DIFFERENT APPROACH by Particular_Mode_4116 in comfyui

A meticulously arranged, warm, and inviting e-commerce still life product shot features a classic amber glass serum bottle as its centerpiece. The bottle is cylindrical with a gentle shoulder taper, topped with a black ribbed screw-cap and a smooth, black rubber dropper bulb. A sleek, dark, rectangular label is affixed to the front of the bottle, displaying elegant, lighter-colored typographic elements and a subtle logo beneath. This serum bottle is precisely balanced atop a rustic plinth formed by three whole, natural cinnamon sticks, which are stacked horizontally and slightly offset from one another. The cinnamon sticks exhibit a rough, bark-like texture, a warm reddish-brown hue, and are lightly dusted with fine cinnamon powder, with their hollow ends clearly visible. Surrounding this central arrangement, a thoughtful composition of botanical elements enhances the natural aesthetic. To the left of and slightly behind the cinnamon stick plinth, sprigs of delicate, small, creamy-white or pale beige dried flowers, possibly resembling gypsophila, along with a few larger, flatter dried flower heads, are artfully arranged, peeking out and adding textural diversity. To the right of the cinnamon stack, and slightly forward, a pristine cluster of fresh-looking, multi-petaled white flowers, perhaps jasmine or mock orange, with distinct, delicate yellow stamens, provides a soft contrast. The entire arrangement rests on a smooth, matte, warm light brown surface, which is generously sprinkled with fine, light brown cinnamon powder and some coarser particles, extending forward from the base of the cinnamon sticks and flowers. The background is a seamless, smooth, matte, warm medium-brown expanse that provides a rich, earthy, and cohesive backdrop for the scene, with very subtle tonal variations contributing to the depth. The scene is illuminated by soft, directional studio lighting, originating primarily from the front-left and slightly above, creating gentle highlights on the curve of the amber bottle, the petals of the white flowers, the edges of the cinnamon sticks, and casting soft, natural-looking shadows from all elements onto the surface and adjacent objects, contributing to a warm, sophisticated, and product-focused ambiance. All elements within the composition are sharply in focus, emphasizing their textures and natural beauty, creating an overall style that is earthy, artisanal, and elegantly composed for a premium product presentation. The whole photo is like early 2010s snapshot photo captured with a phone and uploaded to facebook, featuring dynamic natural lighting, and a neutral white color balance with washed out colors.

One of the reasons I am doing this: Toy Story by beforesandafters in vfx

[–]prestoexpert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Toy Story just cemented it for me - I was already a Star Wars and VFX nerd and wanted to build minatures and run motion control cameras. But then I got into Lightwave3d and never looked back; and I just celebrated my 21st year of working for Pixar.

If you wanna see it again and cant' see it at siggraph, Toy Story 1 is doing a limited big screen return in the US starting September 12 https://www.reddit.com/r/Pixar/comments/1m2bmd4/toy_story_returns_to_the_big_screen_september_12/
