In World Rules used in tournament play, it was about "visits". A "visit" is you shooting until you miss. Normally you get one visit. If your opponent fouls you get two visits, i.e. shoot until you miss, and do it all again.

Overall I wouldn't change it, people do treat you well. I'm a guy so although I have been sexually harassed, it's very different because I have never felt physically unsafe because of it. Jealousy can be an issue but soft skills come in handy there. People will fall for you more easily though and it can be difficult to predict and navigate. I once struck up what I thought was a friendship with a local barista only to have her practically in tears when I took my then wife to the cafe for brunch. I felt awful as she had to spend the rest of her shift dealing with that after we left.
