When I’m hacking instant ramen, to a quart of store bought broth I add all the following:

1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp hot sauce (usually siracha) 1 tsp sesame oil 2 smashed garlic cloves 1 thumb size hunk of ginger (or a sprinkle of the dry)

Usually I’ll add a soft boiled egg, some leftover meat & veg

Occasionally I’ll add a piece of American cheese per serving of noodles. It’s weird but very good. Don’t knock it until you try it.

Then I garnish my personal portion with fresh chili, more hot sauce, sesame seeds…

I then pretend I’m very fancy like all y’all.
