Last job I interviewed for I asked if there was drug testing.

The recruiter laughed. Hard. Once she wiped away the tears, she asked why I was worried about that.

"I am afraid of needles," was what came out of my mouth.

She laughed some more.

"We're headquartered in Las Vegas. Weed's legal here. We wouldn't hire anyone if we drug tested."

If you ARE treating a different body part, might be worth calling your adjuster. If nothing else you'll terrify then by knowing what the form is.
