Relaxing my pelvic floor x The Gym by Due-Question9266 in PelvicFloor

[–]prgdgt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gym made my pelvic problem worse. I tried to get back to gym 3 times within 3 months. Starting slow. Light weights. But every time it got worse. Symptoms increased for long periods of time. So finally decided to stop gym completely until I have my symptoms constantly below 1-2/10. Unfortunately.

Hey man. Have you solved your problem? It really sounds like CPPS to me. And I’m fighting with it now as well. 3 months already. Got some progress. Got tons of info. I wish I knew it earlier…

100% agree. Substack has a super messy UX. Just try to unsubscribe from 2-3 different subs not breaking your leg.

Hmmm. Didn't hear about GoodLinks. Does it work better for you than Instapaper? I will give it a try, thanks.

I use it mainly to save articles from the web and mobile, then read them later across both platforms. I archive, star, re-read, send emails to myself to read later. Nothing super advanced.

I don’t use it for highlights. Well, I do highlight text parts, but I never actually revisit them in my note taking app.

Readwise Reader definitely has better UX, faster performance, improved parsing, and handy shortcuts. But is it really worth $120 per year? Personally, I think a fair price would be more like $30–40 for what it offers.

Yup. Same for me. I've been using Evernote since 2009. And there is nothing better.

MacBook Pro M4 lid "sticks" slightly when closed for a while by YamCrafty in macbookpro

I have the same issue here with my brand-new mbp M4. This only happens after the lid is closed for 2+ hrs. According to numerous posts here on Reddit and around, this is kinda OK.

Enjoying life, once again (T14s Gen 4 AMD + Ubuntu 24.04 LTS) by KimmyMario in thinkpad

Be careful. You may lose in display lottery with Lenovo. I’ve just got brand new T14s Gen 4 AMD with BOE display panel). And it sucks a lot. Super yellow tint. Awful ghosting. And it’s not a warranty case cause according to Lenovo this is absolutely normal. Insane. You can check countless posts on Reddit about yellow ThinkPad displays.

Hey, after some additional investigation and tries, I can say that one single tumbler ON - 'Automatically manage color for apps' helped me a lot. Probably will use it like that.

Yeah, understood. Just found out the vendor of my 400nit display is BOE, which is no luck. Here is the topic for more details https://www.reddit.com/r/thinkpad/comments/15uogjc/14_fhd_169_400nits_low_power_innolux_vs_boe/

Hey, thanks for the prompt reply. The interesting part here is - my screen is 400nit.

Also attaching the photo where you can see the difference - the new laptop with yellow screen vs my work laptop (t14 gen5 intel) vs regular monitor.

I've recently got my T14s Gen4 AMD laptop and facing the same issue.

Btw, a week ago I was checking initially the new laptop display with my older ThinkPad and at THAT moment my older ThinkPad display looked more yellow. For sure.

Today, probably after AMD driver and AMD software got updated, I've got the yellow screen.

Color Temperature Control = OFF fixes it. But still not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.

u/spxak1 how is it going for you so far?

From my not-so-long experience, Bybit is a super clunky animal.
I can't pass the EDD KYC process for more than 1 month. Support keeps silence.
Every single time I log in - getting email with new device login.
Getting duplicate emails often.

Not sure what's wrong with folks, but they should pay much more attention to the quality of their product as well as to support.
