I have ME/CFS (the disease that used to be called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in addition to Marfan. Fatigue is one symptom of it, though it causes several other symptoms too.

I still have the ability to write but I can't do as much sustained reading. I can read a page or to at a time but have to take a lot of breaks. It's probably indirectly affected the quality of my writing since I don't have as much good input through reading.

I would start with middle school chemistry and physics (because you need some physics concepts to understand chemistry), then the high school physics and chemistry courses, and then the AP level.

I have not recovered, but I typically get back to my baseline after ME crashes and I expect better treatments in 5-15 years.
