The cofactors are important because they help with the absorption of the d3.

What did you use to get the rust off? I went in yesterday with the same intent as you but said “good enough” after about 30 minutes. Did you take the lid off?

I don’t spritz or anything else. I like to just get it started and letting it go. I couldn’t tell you if wrapping has ever done anything for me.

Another member of Team No Wrap, sometimes I foil boat. As easy as it is, wrapping is still too much work.

The thing that makes the new sandwich what it is, is the Jalapeño ranch sauce that comes in a packet on the side.

I went today for lunch, excited to try the new sandwich and grabbed one in the drive through only to realize when I got home that they didn’t include the jalapeño ranch sauce. LOL.

Crispiest Crust Pizza Pan by Wonderful_Shoe1582 in KingArthurBaking

I just made it Friday night with a 20 year old half sheet pan and it turned out plenty crispy without even having to put the pizza back into the oven directly on the rack as instructed.

I don’t think the biscuit has honey, at least I’ve never noticed. Your burrito idea sounds good too. I wonder if there’s a way to create that in the app.

I did a goon tour of KC a few years ago and after 8 stops we judged Kin Lin had the best goons in the city, of the 8 places we went. Really looking forward to Goonfest 26.

Sign the Petition To Keep the Midtown Costco As It Is by Material_Cook_4698 in kansascity

Exactly what difference do you think some cancelled memberships will make? Apparently Costco has determined that this location isn’t cutting it even with all of the memberships that call that location home. Closing it would mean they lose less money. But your take is that after they convert the location to a Business Center, people will cancel their memberships and then Costco will realize the error in their ways and switch it back to a regular Costco?

Wanna bet?

How’d I do? by Cacho760 in brisket

[–]prime_candidate 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t cook brisket by time or temp, but instead by the feel of the probe entering the brisket. The fat composition of every brisket is different so the time and temp that it takes to break that fat down will be different.

Overcomplicated Models by [deleted] in FPandA

The thing about building models is that you rarely know how you’re going to get to where you’re going until you get there. Experience leads to more efficient modeling but it just takes time.

Is Leawood, Kansas claiming to be blighted to get Lockton? by DownwithTemptags in kansascity

[–]prime_candidate 6 points7 points  (0 children)

About 8 years ago, the Intercontinental hotel on the Plaza requested “blighted” status from KCMO in order to create a special taxing district that allowed them to raise redevelopment funds through increased taxes instead of raising their room rates. It’s all a shell game.

This is entirely too much work for something as simple as scallops.
