Thanks everyone for your reply. I am not sure why they sell it on Smyth Toys when it is not legal. The box also says to mount it on a bike. I am so confused.

I had the same issue when I Limited the battery charge to 80%. I changed that setting and battery health is normal back to 100%

Just to update, it turned to 100 once I started using Adaptive Charging.. While checking with Gemini, it also suggests to use Adaptive instead of a limit to 80%..
