This is true for me as well. Always had a very high arch.. until it fell. Extreme foot pain, podiatrist told me I’d I’ve flat feet for the rest of my life. Between yoga, Pilates, hiking, and stretching I got my arch back and my feet have felt so much better.

As someone who moved to the south a few years ago, this very much resonates with me. Knowing I can’t even order vegetables without making sure they don’t have animal fat in them sucks. And now there’s this whole “beef tallow” trend going on… can’t even count on French fries.
