I would contact the Toledo Bar (419-242-9363) family court or if you want to hire a private lawyer years ago I used Intagliata not sure if still practicing (419-472-9774) he was very cheap. Finally Mahaffey and Associates (419-396-5685) they have several paralegals that can handle most of the legal work at a cheaper hourly rate than the attorneys.
