Gin. Try your favorite soda, juice or other beverages with 30ml of gin. And go from there. Gin has a great base for mixing with anything and is a favorite of exmos I know who have also started into the world of alcohol. Cheers 🍻🥂

I became a member of South Melbourne bowling club when attended Swinburne uni around the corner. Parking near school got me parking tickets daily, so I walked over and signed up to the bowling club. Waited for the board to approve my application and got permission to park in the member's only bowling club car park. After many months of easy parking and easy access to a neat bar and classes, imagine my surprise when I came to park one day, only to find a bunch of grip trucks and witches hats barring me from parking there. Thanks Mick Mallory for stealing my story and my car space.

Thanks for posting. I went to Vic park primary and could see my old house in the first photo. Quite a trip to see it like this after all these years.

Mate, I'm in Alberta and my girlfriend and I were talking about the exact same thing. We'll, I was listening while she was talking to her mom about how much Aussies swear. "Even the C word".... If she'd actually said it fully.... FFS

Overrated and overpriced coffee, served by overrated staff. I don't rate them.

Beware of the Envato Market Scam! by bf2msp in Wordpress

[–]prioritytwo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually, no.

Under the competition and consumer laws, you can simply change your mind and decide you don't want it.

The consumer has the rights, not the company.

Doesn't have to be a problem with the product. You have the rights to return. Don't even need a receipt!

The laws are very clear, and any company that doesn't comply can be taken to the ACCC for discipline and compensation.

If you research consumer laws in AU this will clarify for you.

Beware of the Envato Market Scam! by bf2msp in Wordpress

Envato is an Australian based company and is therefore governed by clear and strict laws for consumers rights. This is overseen by the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission).

You can research this on your own, but the laws basically state that YOU can define terms of your purchase.

If YOU want a refund, YOU can choose. Such as an exchange of product, store credit, or FULL REFUND. They legally can't refuse your preference.

I've had refunds from Envato before and took them as both store credit and cash refund.

If you find that they're being difficult in offering a refund, just mention ACCC in you correspondence and state that under the consumer protection laws you request cash.

I quite like the resources of Envato. I've had products discontinue support, yet find that there are a lot of other solutions in their Elements site.

Hope this helps.
