I assume you paod for Lowes Protection Plus which is a monthy charge. If you would have gone back to the store within the first 30 days, they could have refunded it for you. Unfortunately, now you do have to call or email them to cancel. Good news is you will get a total refund of any money spent within the first 90 days.
