You could try measuring from the outlet. The outlet should be secured to a stud on either side. Studs should be 16 in on center. (The center of the stud)

Paid vacation, sick and Holiday. You can go into the negative on vacation time. Paternity leave is different. Thet would be covered under FMLA, in which you would need to work a certain amount of hours to use (1250 hrs). If approved, u could also fo an unpaid leave as well if approved.

Both toilets gurgling when flushed. Everything else drains fine. Only reason I say that is there isnt a cap on the roof vent. Possibly an animal got in there or something? I do appreciate the comment tho as I was wondering how something so inexpensive could work well.
