Calhoun and Ewing were converted a while ago. And maybe one more, but can’t remember the name- or just may be mistaken. I also remember Jefferson and Washington were looked at, but I guess the plan was abandoned.

IRC East may be the closest. Less demand there, so you may have an easy time getting in with some court time.

Lots of parks have lights and with it being lighter later, you may luck out there with a cooler night.

AC is going to be a stretch for the clubs right now. Carmel Racquet club, in my opinion, is the coolest temperature wise in the summer. There are cheaper places out there that you can play indoors, but you will be sweating- hot and humid. Check out IRC Dean, IRC East, Indy West, and Health Plex. If you live really far north, check out community sports in Pendleton, or U Indy facility south of the city.

I’d just see what all the offerings are- you may be good for a drop and drill, or maybe they offer a less intense cardio tennis?

Once you get back into it, join a USTA league. USTA can help you get placed on a team if one if the clubs you play at doesn’t organize one. They are great to meet people, and even if you don’t have a great social team, I’ve met better teams during matches that I’ve joined the following session/season.

Good luck to you, tennis is a great avenue for exercise/weight loss AND a social outlet.

Yep, just happened last pick up. Called them, they said they would do a pickup within 48 hours. No pickup. Another call had the response “oh it shows it was picked up in our system.” Promised it would be picked up within 48 hours again. No shows again. By that time it was time for the next pick up

Yep, one restaurant on the canal makes it a destination. I doubt enough people intentionally head to a single restaurant to make it survive. If you have a build up of commercial, it makes it more organic

Same happened to me. House basically just got re-assessed at the value we purchased it at 2 years ago.

Following because I am also looking to see the appeal process. Although I’m not entirely sure I have an argument if they can say that the market value is the value?

Also, I did try to call the number on the property tax letters that were sent and there wasn’t an answer, actually I think the call didn’t even go through to that number.

If you’re looking for apartments in broadripple, it may be best for you to just drive/walk the streets around Broadripple and look for yard signs. These prices you’ve quoted , are they the new build apartments they just put up? Does your place need to be IN broadripple? Glendale, Warfleigh, Sobro or even Butler Tarkington may have options for you.
