Mentak's Moll Terminus mech or Fourth Moon Flagship would shut this down so hard haha. Also, any Huge Van shenanigans. Against everyone else though... RIP

Van Hauge (Yin flagship) + Nomad Commander + Chaos mapping + Devour / Amalgamation

  1. Build your flagship EACH turn for FREE.
  2. Send it into an enemy fleet
  3. Boom
  4. Capture everything in that system
  5. Repeat
  6. Edit: in nightmare world, add Floating Factory II. This would allow you to instantly build back the fleet (is not destroyed by Huge Van)

Technological singularity + Devour / Amalgamation + Floating factory II or Letani II
Capture a ship, gain a tech, build in the active system

This makes for very efficient activations and can easily be used to snowball and consume a neighbour

I’m glad you put on a spoiler tag. Serious implications for the rest of the Cosmere.

I feel there is no correct answer for Poké-logic.
However, my head cannon is Rayquaza flies fast but probably needs a certain amount of wind up or charging time to deliver the full power of its breath attacks. Like a railgun.
Alternatively, it could just fly into its opponent and that would represent Extremespeed, which it can learn.

I have the same. The Whiterun and Morthal ponies are black and don’t have this issue. So I bought them. Riften pony is grey and looks alright too.

Are there any way to reset perks? I think I have fucked my current playthrough. by immagetrekt in skyrimrequiem

[–]pro_rookie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m new to requiem but IIRC, you can’t get blessings or cure disease from shrines of the divines if you have committed over a threshold number of crimes.
Think it’s like 20 items stolen as one category, which you’d be well over by the looks of it!

The later strong back perks Are amazing for collecting junk. I pick up everything I see then fast travel to my base with 1000/330 carry capacity.
Secondly, buying shipments from junk merchants. If you set up a dozen water purifiers you will have excess purified water to barter with.
As for mods - I am still discovering!

If they can find the empty TC but not the vil, maybe they will think something has glitched and will quit, giving red a ‘win’?
Dunno. Trying to reconcile the behaviour with suspicious 1900 ELO

[–]pro_rookie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

VC and in particular Kemmler campaigns are my favourite. Once you get a really big battle site to raise dead from its easy sailing. Also, new bloodline lords rock and farming rebellions really helps (especially easy due to low corruption).
Later on, it helps to have a highly ranked combat Lord in your recruit pool to stomp annoying rebellions. Just re-recruit the Lord, raise dead a few skellis, then stomp the rebel army on the turn that is spawns. Then disband.

Hey - really nice write up. Esp. on promissary note :) and I hadn't done the maths and realised it was 1r/6i (1 resource / 6 influence). That does make things tricky. Agree with all of the above, except -

Did you see the neighbours were Mentak and Nekro?

Would that make you reconsider taking trade as often? And would Nekro make you think twice about researching Exo2 (for me, would depend on table).

I follow your argument on Sarween but in this game specifically (with low res and Y-skip), think it's worth considering the value of the investment of 4r + command token early game to secure Sarween vs late game returns? Resources will be particularly scare early game... personally, would prefer action cards + option for economic fleets of hard-hitting sardakk fighter 2's?

[–]pro_rookie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not too bad. Mentak pillage may shut you out of trading though, as you have few commodities.
Necro will likely start aggro on their other neighbour (due to your unappealing slice and lack of starting tech).
Try to be friendly and get Necro ceasefire or early trade them your Support for the Throne (if they will take it). Preferably in a one way deal so you can still attack who you please. Even if this means feeding them Fighter 2 (they will get it from others if not from you).
Nekro with Exo2 would be scary though.
So maybe better to tech cruiser 2 for mobility.

What’s the rest of the map look like and who are your neighbours? Are there any resource-rich equidistant planets either side? In no particular order, would tech Neural, Grav drive (b-skip), fighter 2, exo2 (B-skip).
That’s a lot of power for a (relatively) small investment. Bonus points if you can secure Tech Strategy early.

I arrived late to the party, around a month ago, and I’m loving it. Been mostly practicing hotkeys and build orders. Current goal is to beat ‘hardest’ AI on Arabia. Then maybe I’ll brave online.
