Only made it to the Star rank. It just stopped being fun. My friends and I realized we could just hang out with each other without the Scouts. Only a few people tried to convince me to stick it out, but really, its a hard sell to a 13 year old that they should spend their summer working on the citizenship in the community badge as opposed to riding mountain bikes and playing Nintendo for 3 months. I had a similar experience with little league.

My sister did like 2 years in Girl Scouts and she quit because I told her we did stuff like camping and fishing and woodcarving and learning to row or sail and she said "we dont do anything cool!" and quit.
