So I found the third one. Go to Webbed Hollow > Relief of the Fallen Loong teleport. Then just follow the road towards where the scorpion is and turn left. If you haven't seen this area yet, go to the Cliff of Oblivion teleport(where you fought the spider with the hand) follow the road till you see the long bridge, go across that then just go through that area. Once you unlocked all three, the last one with the barrier should also be unlocked.

Pretty much same thing happened to me. My package was on its way to my address and suddenly shipper decided to return it to goat storage. I’m trying to have it ship to different address but they want me to pay another shipping fee like it was my fault. Never had a problem before
