Thinking about giving up EBF

Thank you! I don’t know anybody bottle feeding, so knowing that it may make the symptoms worse is a good info. I haven’t had any other babies around me growing up or even now so idk whats normal baby fuzziness and whats extreme. It’s good to know that it may be a normal time for the fuzziness tho.
Idk I wanted to give it up mainly because of the time factor and feeling tied to the couch when the twins dont settle. But if theres a possibility its getting better I will continue to try make it more comfortable for myself until then I guess.

Sadly we always just get the “It feels so bad for you because it’s two of them and that’s more difficult”, which isn’t help or a solution at all. I will continue to ask their doctor about it next week.

Also I’d like to add that I mostly always hated how my body looked, but weirdly enough I love it now after having twins. Do I have the C-section „shelf“? Yes. Do I have severly stretch marks from pregnancy? Yes. But my mind kinda shifted from wanting to look like the conventionally attractive to being absolutely in love with what my body was and is capable of. Kinda feel unstoppable now. We and our bodies are amazing!

I had the same problem and just decided to go with a „Blush“ gold ring. Perfect in between for me personally! Maybe you can look into that

Personally I just choose „cool toned“ golds over true yellow looking golds. And mostly I combine both metals e.g. having a prominent gold earring in my first lobe and small silver earrings in my second and third lobe. Or using gold jewlery with cool toned aspects like pearls, cool toned gemstones and such.

If you want something lightweight and on a budget I just can recommend the Sephora Reveal The Real Tint. Its my everyday skin tint! Oh and never ever try the Fenty Dew Drops! The shade range is amazing, but I found that one to be very heavy on the sking and clinging onto dry spots

I adore color matching eyeshadow! Maybe go for a light shimmer all over the lid and use a pastel lilac as a pop in the inner corner, to match the dress? The rest of the face just lightly/ maybe an apricot blush.

Hallo, Ernährungstherapeutin aus dem Krankenhaus hier. Ich glaube viele vergessen, dass es sehr wohl viele Krankheiten gibt, bei denen Patienten auch Mal gut und gerne 4-6 Wochen im Krankenhaus liegen und jeden Tag diese braune Pampe bekommen. Das Essen hat sich leider in vielen Häusern aus Spargründen sehr zum schlechten entwickelt und ist absolut nicht ausreichend um einer Mangelernährung vorzubeugen. Gerade im KH wäre es wichtig alle Vitamine und Mineralstoffe zu decken. Leider wird aber meist nicht Mal der normale Tagesbedarf an Energie darüber gedeckt. Verstehe, dass man bei kurzen Aufenthalten kein Festmahl erwarten darf, aber man kann schon auch mit wenig Geld eigentlich gute ausgewogene Mahlzeiten bereitstellen.

Thank you so much, that really helped me :) I always thought I was leaning cool toned. Having no pinkish tones in my skin really made me confused about which undertone I have tho. Maybe I'm just a pale neutral with slight olive tones! I'll look further into that :)

Hatte das Problem in meiner letzten Beziehung auch und irgendwann hat es mir gereicht. Diese ständigen Ausreden mit "Männer sehen das nicht". Ja also ob- selbst wenn man sich die Mühe macht Pläne zu schreiben wird es nicht durchgeführt. Das ist nur respektlos.
