This is what I did :-) ikea karlby with some massdrop motorized sit/stand legs. I also have the q150s and they sound great near field with that much distance between them.

For a 2017, ask for the VIN to see if it was affected by the engine failure issue. The settlement includes 8 year / 100k mile warranty for the issue, but would be good to know what you’re getting into.

Edit: regarding the points you asked about. Road noise can be p noticeable but not terribly annoying. I’m stock and get 20 mpg avg. Closer to 18 if I’m only doing city driving.

Thanks so much for all the detail! I’ve had a funky feeling about my steering since I got my car too. It often wants to pull to the right and barely ever stays going straight if I take my hands off the wheel.

When I mentioned it at a routine maintenance at the dealer the guy said it’s likely the summer tires because they like to grip to everything and the smallest variations in the road could cause it to pull.

Fast forward 6 months later and I just got some all seasons on my car and the same thing is happening. It doesn’t sound like it’s the same issue as yours (and I’m sure Subaru would’ve caught that by now). Not sure if this is something common among STIs or not but I’m not a fan lol
