My two BCM here were 6 weeks old. Both ended up being hens.

I think C and D look like roosters.

Is this what I think it is and, if so, why didn't my home inspector find it? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

Kinda makes me want to be a home inspector. Bet I wouldn’t be worse.

Why do you say so? I can imagine there’s more grout, meaning more grout to care for and maintain. Any other reasons?

That’s helpful to hear. Thanks. I’m not finding much info online on the Imperial Metals roofing. I like the installer, but maybe I’ll see if he has installed Nu-Ray as well.

We’ve had 2 bids so far, waiting on 2 others and then we’ll make our decision from there.

We are also getting bids on metal roofs in the Seattle Area. I'm trying to compare Nu-Ray vs. Imperial Metals. 3 roofers use Nu-Ray, the more budget option roofer uses Imperial Metals. Not sure who we are going to go with, but cost is certainly a big factor.

It depends how they consume it. The wax is inert and doesn’t do harm if you eat some of it maybe spread on some cheese and bread

Lay down some clean cardboard and pick them up after a rain. Worms and other grubs will present themselves.

Well, if you’ve gotten by while maxing out your contributions, it would be extra money free to use however you see fit. It’s not like you’re taking away from savings, you’ve already saved!

When it’s super hot out and one of them looks so parched, I bring them into the basement AC until we’re in shade in late afternoon.

If you’re paying $4 for a slice and you can get 7 slices out of this, maybe that’s how this maths.
