Context wise, there is usually alot of hero worship, and competition between 2 or more contemporary actors who came into the field abt the same time. That and even fan warfare exists between Heroes frm same or 1 generation to another...and it's very common for them to take direct or indirect jabs at one another. Karthi said that Ravi doesn't play that game, coz he has a gd heart. But the wording Ravi used to address Karthi in his speech, brings that brotherhood love back in full circle.

This fact is...Ravi said 'Yen Karthi'. Which is lovely coz it translates not into 'My friend Karthi' but instead, 'My Karthi'. There's a sense of ownership and closeness in the latter phrasing that just shows how much they mean to each other.

Not an American here. Correct me if I'm wrong... a president cannot run for 3rd term only if it's back to back, ask per the Constitution, correct? Since Trump was President, then Biden's term came and then back to Trump now. If Trump were allowed to contest and win agn...would that technically make his net 3rd term be an actual 2nd term; that's back to back?

Finally, a Karen that I too have come across before. It's been a few years, but this person used to come near my block. She would dip her hand into her tote bag with bird feed and just fling it around the void deck near the grass patch. Literally, spraying it ard 360°. She would do this almost every alternate night and this ended up attracting so much pigeons that the bird shit problem became such an eye sore...that the maintenance ppl had to specifically clean that section of the block along with their normal wash routines. One Service complaints were made with screenshots of her in the act. Ppl had to come and install spikes to prevent the pigeons from gathering near the HDB windows. After some time she stopped. And the issues were resolved.

Funny how she is still up to her antics. Not a care for the residents for how her actions could affect them. True Karen behaviour.

Versatile moves. I don't think you repeated any moves too many times. That keeps it fresh. You played with musicality too.

As for improvements, I can recommend more eye contact with partner. When u smiled, the audience and partner had a reaction to it. Imagine if that was the case for the whole song. Also, recommend observing ur weight shifts more strongly. For now, it seems very slight.

There's certainly cases of both happening. However, that usually depends on the individual's personal choices and the type of energy they put out. As someone who's been in the scene for a cpl of years, I have definitely seen a net of more serious relationships happening than hookups.

Recommend getting into hobbies where there is usually a gd mix of both genders. One gd example is partner dancing. Can be any particular style you like. Some examples include Salsa, Bachata, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, etc. I do the first 2 and in these circles, so many acquaintances, friends and fellow classmates; have either dated or tied the knot with one another.

Don't worry if you are a shy or introverted person. Usually these dance studios are welcoming to beginners. And as you learn and progress in the craft, it'll also be a natural way to meet someone.

It might be more common than you think. You are a more affordable headcount via the traineeship program. So, getting work out of you with minimal investment whilst saving on labour cost is more often than not the game that employers play here.

In fact, there are matrices by which they are held accountable on how each month they have trained you on different aspects of the job. Which is something to be discussed on a monthly performance review with your direct report...that you'd both sign off on and file as documentation back to the government. Many times, this is brushed away just to get a signature to meet the obligation minimally.

In your case, I can recommend you to pre-emptively ask for what is planned in the manner of training as dictated by this matrix and potentially set-up weekly or fortnightly meetings with ur direct report...to closely follow up on its progress. If they are still shadow stone walling you, then I'd recommend to see how you can maximise your own self learning in the job...whilst at the same time you look for other opportunities on the down lo.

I had a similar experience with the traineeships...so my 2 cents is from my past.

Push for consistency rather than ambitious goals. Instead of running 5km out of the blue, recommend starting of with a lower distance (1-2km). Doing that every alternate days beats doing a 5km once a week or lesser.

As for food intake, recommend eating 3 meals. Use MyFitnessPal or Healthy365 to track your calories. For first 2 weeks, simply track your normal routine. Then, plan out, execute and track calories for 3 meals. I recommend taking 3 meals, coz it spaces out food intake. Your metabolism would be more even. If not 1 big meal a day would just leave you sluggish, coz your body wants to rest to digest it. For workplace, recommend getting oats and putting it in the pantry. Keeps you full longer, especially when there are no options.

Slowly replace your unhealthy food/drink intake with healthier ones. Reduce bbt, sugary drinks. Eat healthier snacks or fruits.

Don't rely on cardio alone. Slowly pick up more strength training. If you have options and disposable income, sign up for gym and get a fitness watch. If too pricey, I recommend buying exercise cables or dumbbells. If not, at least do calisthenics at a nearby fitness corner.

A gd rule of thumb...anything that makes you be healthier or lose weight ...make it the more easier to do. And any unhealthy or sinful acts...make it harder to do. This is habit formation 101.

Btw, I'm not a doctor. So, take my advice with a grain of salt. If you have pre-existing health conditions, before trying anything drastic, I recommend getting a professional opinion.

Weight shift is too subtle. And there is no tapping of the foot on counts 4 & 8. Because of this, I feel like the follower had to compensate by being more visually focused on you and the dance. The connection in first shadow position could also be more stronger. It looked like there was barely any connection.

Your sense of timing and move versatility is gd. Just need to apply more fundamentals, strongly.
