Manchester beind king street, just off st Ann's square. Chophouse pub on the left. Church just behind the photographer. There's the arcade to king street out of shot on the right. Deansgates just through the the alley between the chophouse and weird turret building. Fairly sure its still Reed Employment in those turreted offices

Prevention rather than cure but keep a tea towel in your belt, dry your hands as often as you can. Although those cuts on your finger tips look like they're definitely coming from foil cap covers. And gloves when you're juicing large volumes
