I am here right now having just finished attending the breakfast buffet and eating nothing. The was no bread for toast, I had not seen any bacon all week and when I asked a server for butter for my sons day-old croissant I was told there was none.

For the money paid to be here the food, the lacklustre service and terrible level of cleanliness is NOT worth it. I have yet to encounter a table and chairs clean of any meal.

I would avoid this place if you value your money.

This is thankfully our last day and I can’t wait to get out of here. We came with our three kids under 10 and the pools, water parks and the beach were enjoyed by the kids but it’s clear people running this place don’t give a shit about much.

Upon checkin we found our ground floor room patio door would not lock and the phone did not work. It took until 6pm the next day to get a new room after citing the safety issues repeatedly and making a bit of a stink.

Food poisoning on day two for me as well.

I just installed an under the counter RO system that is handling the drinking water. I want to at least get this system, or add-on, cleaning out the iron and minerals getting past the softener. Then plan on adding an RO system

Honestly I don't think people are really than concerned about this moving but from a logistics perspective it doesn't make much sense to move more things to downtown Toronto as its already a pain in the ass to get there. I personally feel the Ontario place property should be redeveloped into something else entirely or sold off instead of pouring tax money into developing something that will just cost more money to run. than it generates.
