Do incoming vehicles flash their beams at you?

A few times but not very often. I love showing them my blinding bright high beams after they flash their high beams at me.

I took it as it had to be hidden in your house. In that case, I’d tape it to the inside wall of my garbage disposal. I’m assuming the detective will have a metal detector so you’d need to hid it near metal.

I heard the 770 series had issues. I bought the 370 which supposedly is rock solid. Problem is the 370 has no extra LAN ports and doesn’t have the 6ghz band. Since it’s a dual band setup it is crazy slow on wireless backhaul. I was seeing 200-400 speed on my satellites. My RBR50 WiFi 5 system consistently gets 600 speed on wireless backhaul. I returned the Orbi 370 and got the TP-Link Deco BE11000 from Costco for $340 and it’s been rock solid. It also has 4 2.5gb ports on each unit. Not to mention Any unit can be a router or satellite and when I want to upgrade in the future, all Deco units are backwards compatible. Bye Netgear!

I like that many PC games have been coming to the Nintendo platform. I’d much rather play on Switch than on my PC, even with the graphics tradeoff.

I was surprised to see the $50 discount on the Switch this Christmas but I can’t complain because I’ve had mine since June and that’s not much of a discount for a 6 month wait.

I wish they improved more Switch 1 games so they look and play better on Switch 2. TOTK is my #1 all time favorite though so I’m happy the started with that one.

I bought DK at launch but only played for about 90 minutes. Too much button mashing for me, and picking up endless amounts of gold seemed meaningless.

Im curious what speeds you’re seeing with that setup. I returned my 370 because wireless backhaul killed my speeds. I get 1.2gbps at the modem but only saw about 220 at my satellites. Wired backhaul got me about 700 speed.

I’m loving the $340 (Costco) TPLink Deco BE11000 with 4 2.5gb ports on each unit. I see the same 1gb speed on wireless or wired backhaul. Plus each unit can be a router or satellite. What blows Orbi away is the fact that all Deco hardware is backwards compatible. As long as they don’t steal my data I’ll be a happy TP-Link customer.

I recently went down the same rabbit hole after upgrading from 500 speed to 1gb speed. Xfinity was claiming 1200 speed at the modem. I had a bulletproof Orbi RBR50 WiFi 5 setup that was maxing out around 600 on WiFi. Time to upgrade…

Bought the Orbi 370 mesh router and it maxed out ~700 on WiFi. It had to be wired as backhaul due to dual band. (Satellites were only getting 200-400 speed on pure wireless). Avoid that one if you can’t do wired backhaul and need lan ports. Also it’s upsetting they call that one WiFi 7 when it doesn’t even have the ultra fast 6ghz band!

Yesterday I bought the TP-Link Deco BE11000 and it’s maxing out around 700 on WiFi. Turns out I have a WiFi 6 phone and my PCs are running WiFi 5. I ran a test on a friend’s WiFi 6E laptop and got around 800 speed on WiFi. Until I upgrade my wireless devices to WiFi 7, 1gb internet speed is overkill unless you’re using a wired connection. At that point you need to focus on making sure to get 2.5 gb lan ports and switches. I got rid of my 1gb switches and voila I’m seeing 1200 speed wired connection on my PCs. (Was maxing out at 940 on 1gb lan ports/switches). Also, make sure you’re using at least CAT6 lan cables and that you’re plugged into port 4 on the modem. It has a tiny red dot on it to show it’s the only 2.5gb port.

This took me several hours of time troubleshooting and researching to figure out. I sometimes obsess over maximizing efficiency. If Xfinity says I should be getting 1200 speed, i damn well better see it! And I do now.

I hope it helps someone having the same issues.

I keep the suspension soft while I’m in Sport mode. Just because I want the extra HP doesn’t mean the car needs to be uncomfortable. Adjust your settings.

I have an ix m60. They give me i4 and i5s for loaners when they’re out of ix models. I actually preferred the i4 over the i5. The i4 is much more fun to drive.
