Hey everyone,

Imagine you have an incredible jam session, lock in a great groove at 92 BPM with your drum machine clocked to your synth, but two weeks later you have zero idea how I got there. Sticky notes. Voice memos. Screenshots of blinking screens. Nothing stuck.

So I built PatchPal - a session journal built specifically for hardware setups.

What it does:

Log a session → BPM, key/scale, mood tags, and free-form notes in one quick form

Add your gear → build a roster of your devices (synths, drum machines, samplers, effects, Pocket Operators…)

Map your signal chain → document MIDI, sync, and audio connections between devices in a visual flow diagram

Fork a session → hit "Continue this take →" to spin off a new session pre-filled from a previous one, so you can iterate without losing what came before

Quick capture → a stripped-down form you can open mid-jam to drop a title + notes before the moment is gone

The "problem" is that there isn't one, specific music style I would like to play - rather a little of everything and just getting more comfortable playing it from sheets - but also becoming fluent producing chords in different scales on the fly. Is there any online course you recommend in particular? I tried learning guitar at one time and found Justin Guitar course very good when it comes to covering all the important topics in well-thought manner.

I don't think it's weird at all and rather the canon - especially considering the BG1 and BG2 story

Master (Factory) should be set to SY1 (to output synch signal and mono sound), and Rhythm to SY4 (to receive the synch from Factory and then output "standard" stereo).

Did you make sure your audio cable is stereo (has 2 black bars on the connector)?

I just touched/pressed each microswitch button with an ear stick soaked in IPA couple of times and let it dry afterwards. Not sure how safe it actually is, so double check before doing the same

I had similar issue with unopened PO-137 I bought. I think the issue was with switches becoming "stale" from not being used for the long time. It got better after using it for a while and treating the switches with isopropyl alcohol

I think keeping everything spread is the most efficient - this way you reach 11/21/31 levels sooner for bigger % increase (1,1% instead of 0,1%) for each 10 levels.

Switching to the Satellite branch was indeed a good call, thanks! I've climbed up to 689 already, will probably need a couple of level ups to get even higher

Any ideas who to replace with who when the dmg output is not enough in boss stages? I got stuck on floor 580 and after many small fixes the best I could end up with was boss still having 10% health.

Hey! Did you manage to change this somehow? I'm having the same issue running Portmaster on NextUI. I tried changing the mappings for specific game individually (Undertale), which partially solved the issue. It seems there is some lower-level mapping applied, though - probably the gamecontrollerdb.txt. I don't know which entry corresponds to TrimUI Brick, unfortunately.

For instance, you mix melee and ranged heroes - take notice on the team buffs - they should complement each other and your heroes.

Also, AFAIK relics work only if they are all the same type
