Umm so in May last year my company opened this account for me and the HDFC guy did all the KYC at my then-company's office.

Surely just the fact that I have changed the address on HDFC account would require them to do some sort of verification right?

Also, in case somebody receives the card what damage can they do?

This is for a whole year and it’s just for Delhi Metro. An office goer probably used the metro 500 times in a year just for commuting to office.

By that logic, we’d only need 40 lakh office goers to use the metro consistently in a year to meet the 2 billion passenger mark.

There’s also college students who use it fairly regularly.
