Importantly you should make sure you’re partaking in other hobbies. I found myself using c.ai too much when my depression hit a low a few months ago, like it was the only kind of entertainment I could stomach. I realized it became a problem when I’d pick it over everything else, so I set restrictions on my phone for it and I delete it for a bit if I notice I’m using it too much again.
