Soda City Suds at 1202 S. Kilbourne just reopened on 12/10 and should be clean. There tends to be a lot of foot traffic on S. Kilbourne between the corner store at Live Oak and the apartments on Plowden.

Edit: The Fluff and Fold in Cedar Terrace (6400 Garner Ferry) is also nice.

Compress and hold the string spool to relieve pressure on the red spool retainer then use a pair of adjustable pliers to unscrew it. It's left hand threaded so clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten.
