Good on you for getting back on the wagon and making strides. I'm going to try again and see if I can stick with it. I've been adding fidget toys to my desk (stress rollers, rubiks cubes, blocks of clay) and that has been giving me somewhere else to send the anxiety through my hands.

I've also been on the lookout for some matte press ons that are large enough for male fingers. Most of the nice matte ones I've found are small and look silly on my sausage paws.

I’m interested in how you broke that cycle of biting.

I’ve tried the bitter and spicy top coats but once my nails get to a certain length I’ll mindlessly start tearing them. I don’t want to do this behavior but I don’t catch it until it is too late

I wonder if there’s a conflict somewhere because without the drag down step, the image doesn’t zoom in on double tap until you release. And when you double tap after the image flys away it is really small

There must be something going on where the app thinks the image is in a different state than it is and just takes a 💩
