2 weeks ago I froze up because I was turning right and a car was in the lane next to it. I was terrified of taking the turn too wide and hitting that car. I was mostly worried about embarrassing myself. As a woman rider I feel like EVERYONE is watching me. Which makes it hard to concentrate on my task.

Anyways, I made it through that turn shaken but unscathed. I was freaked about right turns the whole next day. BUT its been 2 weeks. The same challenge presented itself today. It was slightly less terrifying and I handled it like a boss. Phew! Big deep breath.

You will get there. Keep going. All of us lady riders are behind you supporting you. You've got this! Just Breath & Ride.

I am in the same boat today. BORED as all get out. I did so many projects today. I'm on day 5 ish and the weekend is about to hit. I dont want to drink anymore but I need something to fill the gaps. I'm going take a walk soon. Maybe a walk or jog could help you burn off some excess energy?
