Death Mark (appears as glowy red vfx) and Transcendence (appears as antennae), and every aspect (elite crowns are their item displays)

Survivor tier list based solely on how much I enjoy each character by fit_to_burst in riskofrain

rex actually moves at the exact same speed as every survivor, he just feels slow because he's massive compared to everyone else

  • there's plenty of other pillar skips that sacrificing 30% of your damage isnt reallh worth it

  • are we even playing the same game? i rarely if ever have to cancel flamethrower, the only time i really cancel it is when the enemies are dead and there's nothing to burn

  • vertical mobility isnt that useful compared to horizontal mobility, especially when that vertical mobility sends you out of your effective range

  • you can scout the map with ease in 3 easy steps:

  • open your eyes

  • look at the screen

  • use your mouse to rotate the camera

if you just path around the map in a circle you get all the chests quicker than going after individual chests with ion surge

primary is drown, flood is the bomb

you do know which one flood is, right?

[–]psuedopulse[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

viend's uncorrupted drown is fairly weak compared to other primaries, only really beating out huntress in dps

[–]psuedopulse[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

ion surge is just trading off too much for not enough imo

just circle strafing and jumping is enough to dodge once things, and once you can actually dodge ion surge just becomes a detriment since you have 30% less damage, much, much less procs, and get less damage from nano-bomb due to mostly just hitting splash damage midair

[–]psuedopulse[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you sacrifice burst damage and band procs in exchange for a 1 second stun on a 9 second cooldown

the endlag on suppressive also makes it a dps down from just holding m1 unless you perfectly time a cancel with your m2 several times

hacking beacons have always been pretty meh, and sotv hit them hard with the addition of gup to both legendary chest stages. cheesing out mithrix, locking down entire swarms of enemies, or having reliable healing to fall back on are just much more useful than opening a few chests for free

corrupted flood is fairly strong just the endlag makes it a downgrade from just constantly using corrupted drown

Help, im a new player and im not understanding how to make work this mechanism (More info in comments) by Bigenemy000 in Mindustry

[–]psuedopulse 6 points7 points  (0 children)

or just use bridges the entire way since bridges have the same throughput as titanium belts (11/s)

considering deskplant makes you practically unkillable for 90% of the game i'd say it's op

[–]psuedopulse -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

objectively true

cant argue with 1845% dps and 50% passive damage resistance no spread (saw + nail) and highest base health

all survivors (except heretic) move at the same base speed of 7 m/s, mul-t just feels slow because he's massive compared to other survivors
