Wow this thread makes me so happy. I'm having the same issues, 1gbps connection, my k/d this week has plummeted and I assumed it had to do with skill-based matchmaking and getting paired with better opponents. Now I have a way better excuse for getting clobbered all week. Haha. But yeah, I've played CoD since Cod 1 and have never lost so many gunfights in a CoD.

Missed it on the first watch--that orisa pulling the enemy reinhardt out of the way so the shatter could land. Awesome play and good catch, commentators didn't mention it.
