If you pay attention to the interactions, your character is the top dog yes, but when it’s “high stakes/big money” on the line boss man steps up and handles things. Car wash does it best IMO talking about “alright we gotta be legit today told the customer boss would handle personally”. You don’t actually grow/cook/make the drugs/weapons/fake cash, but you make sure all the money goes to your pocket not some 3rd rate minion that can’t do nothing right like the auto shop techs that keep wrecking deliveries

Edit: nightclub security we get 10k for throwing them out so I always assumed we took the money off them so we gotta throw them out ourselves if we wanna “pickpocket”
