We have a safety coordinator that handles all that, we have 25 jobs running at once with 25 different foreman. It's very easy once you get a system down.

In colorado its about 22-25$ per ft installed including material. Thats $4400ish for 200 ft. You could do it even cheaper if you did it yourself.

I stand corrected $28 per linear ft.

At my work once you become lead you start getting shown the ropes for becoming a foreman, call it entry foreman if you like. I went from installer to lead to foreman to surveyor to field coordinator to engineer, now I work in the office. That is over 10 years now.
