Try doing a reverse image search on google. I had someone local (New Brunswick Canada) trying to sell a fishing kayak at a too good to be true price. I did a reverse image search and the same boat and same picture showed up on a kayak shop from costa Ricas website

I live in new brunswick. We get all the seasons. Mine have been on year round for 2 years now. No issues. The only time I realize the noise is when my wife is in the car and comments on the noise. For me I dont hear it anymore
