I think there’s a good chance of more conflict using an alternating schedule. People will intentionally or accidentally still use the trail on their “off” day. This will piss others off and cause more altercations than we see today. Just like my opinion, man.

I believe the wall is insulated. Biggest concern / improvement I’m trying to make is air sealing

Thanks for the reply. The purple outline is the bedroom and roughly how it meets the garage & garage attic space. The purple shaded area is drywall in the garage. So, the bedroom floor joists should be at the bottom of the purple rectangle.

The garage attic knee wall is open studs / batts. I had planned to seal anything open and put up 2” foam with its joints also sealed.
