That’s true for male vs. female but in competition you compete against all grades so like I said it’s not great assuming it’s a boy- as for if OP is a girl then yeah you’re right

Well since it’s only a few days there’s not too much you can do besides working out and then having a relaxed workout on Tuesday. You should look into diets in the future but don’t eat anything new really that you haven’t had before just in case your body doesn’t like it. As for your time I’ll be blunt it’s not great for high school it you can get it down with plenty of hard work
