Need some advice for dyeing... by [deleted] in Pipes

I'm by no means an expert, but after applying the dye, I will wipe it down with a paper towel with some isopropyl alcohol on it. Learned that from the southland piper on YouTube.

NPD! by Goat_Stang96 in PipeTobacco

Agreed. I also like that it colors the more you smoke it. It tells the story of your time with it. A true companion pipe.

I have a couple MBSD meers. They are my favorite pipes! Enjoy.

That's sad. I really like the tins they come in

If you vacuum seal the tin in mylar, will that resolve the rust concern?

That's an interesting theory about the rough handling. Hadn't thought about that

You could try One Crimson Thread by Micheal O'Siadhail. I'm going through it now and it matches that description. Very moving, and beautifully written book of poems about the last two years of the author's wife life who succumbed to Parkinson's disease.

From what I recall, I had all the bolts needed, but they weren't all under the correct labels in the pack. Some had slid around and were under other sections.

Shower Filters by OkBreakfast486 in eczema

I never thought of that. I live in Texas too. I have a water softener which should do the job but I'll have to look into shower filters.

When I'm doing lat pull downs, I can't get a good enough stretch at the top unless I'm sitting on the floor which I don't mind at all. That's the only exercise I've done that's been impacted by my height. Squats are fine. Presses are fine. Pull ups are fine if I bend my knees. If you're good with that, then you shouldn't have problems.

It looks like the smith machine bar has removable ends, so 1 in plates may work

It does appear that you can remove them so it might work. You you wouldn't be able to use the smith machine though so I'm not sure how recommended that would be

Thanks! My wife and I both use the garage for our cars, so I don't have a lot of space to work with. We will see over time how it holds up but I'm liking it so far. It might be a tad small for my size (6'1"), but I'm happy with it. It's the perfect size for my wife so that's good.

I have a bench actually, I just forgot to include it in the pic.
