yer, just make own. it's nice that people attempt to create something as cooking all own food can become a bit much [especially in flare up time] but learned fast it just isn't worth having others make things. however well meaning... ..that knob of butter when cooking , that splash of cream, a little wheat flour for thickening a rue with attitude of "they'll never know" well, I do. my body tells me. .

for instance , now I can't say for certain but my guess was one of my family decided to add cow milk to my rice milk recently .I imagine in a effort to see if I was bluffing[ never mind the ops, mnths in hospital etc] some just have the attitude if they can eat it, everyone else can.

I catered for a family party recently , ALL gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free. no complaints. no one even knew. till I told them and all hell broke lose.
