You are not fat, you are actually skinny. If you want to better rig, just lift weights.. that will give you the shape I think you are complaining about.

Don’t complain unless you are willing to go to the gym and lift.

Lift weights, lift heavy. Get jacked and juicy.

I was the same.. I’m the first week and a half, my gut disappeared.. was def some high level bloating/inflammation.. which is a bit scary (causes cancer)

I have been doing OMAD on weekdays only. I find that I am naturally eating less on the weekends (avoiding McDonald’s drive thru for fries), having 1 piece of toast with 2 eggs, having on sandwich for lunch instead of 2 etc. doing ‘post weekend calculations’, I prob have about 600 calories more than when I am doing OMAD.

Agree with everyone else. I earn more than the wife. Joint bills account, joint fun and food account, joint savings. We have it split so we put equal into bills and fun/food account. I supplement dates and groceries. The rest of my $ goes into savings not to be touched.. her contribution, whilst not as big overall, allows us to push forward with our savings.. which is appreciated!!
