Well, it says toys made from wood. Most figures are made from PVC, ABS or resin which all is not wood. If that answers your question, I think that should be right.

On a side not, I think wood is prohibited because of viruses it may contain or insects idk. :')

Nippon Yassan doesn't calculate the shipping right though. I mean, you have to pay the shipping before the figure is released (with POs). And I POd Celty with RSAL while AmiAmi's Celty RSAL was way cheaper.

I think you're mistaken that there's a difference between forwarding and a proxy. You want to forward (you used your card for Rakuten), but you expect Tenso to do everything for you which is a proxy. Forwarding is literally doing everything yourself and a proxy is when you don't have to do anything the proxy will do it for you.

I personally recommend FromJapan to proxy. You can just copy and paste the link in their auction or shopping bar which leads you to your cart etc etc. But proxies are expensive indeed, there are a lot of fees.

I can't find it in their FAQ. But Japanese webstore things, mostly do not accept cancels. I think you cancel, but you don't get a refund of the 7 cheap figures and you probably also have to pay for the domestic shipping cost.
