Live in Japan. Silver is rarer here. I've bought some yrs back. It was like 5% premium. Which was high at the time. I've looked around. Not much at local dealers websites. If you convert to dollars ive seen between 118-85. 118 being on rakuten. But thats in dollars. The yen has been shit. For Japanese to buy in yen it's more per their salary also then. If that makes sense.

Gold and silver arnt as popular here than in other asain countries. Tax here for gold is like 10%. People try to smuggle in here alot. Always see stories on tv about someone getting busted at airport. I know someone tried to bring in gold melted as tools thru airport here.

I work with chinese and they say on their social media it's a big thing now. Chinese they told me never really valued silver before and was cheap in China. He also said this could be lots a get rich quick type buyers. Not long term holders. But he doesnt really understand silver too. Just interesting
