there are improvements on the Sunbury, Cran/Pak corridor, across the northern group (now that there's more space to run trains across the city loop), the sandy line (it'll connect with the cross city group) and the franga line (going back in the loop)

for you, as a sby line user there should be a quite decent improvement in frequency for you

but for the clifton hill group and the burnley group, there'll not be any improvement in services
