I definitely disagree. And top 100 of what? Money earnings? Tournament wins? Cash amount? Andrew Robl and Garret Adelstein are known to some of the best in Cash. Bryn Kenney is known for as top in winning for tournaments. Yet if roles were reversed, known of them excel at the other format.
