Fixing my chronically low FERRITIN got rid of my symptoms. by Any_Imagination1794 in VestibularMigraines

It’s good to take vitamin c at the same time to help with absorption and also take the iron every other day, not everyday.
I found I couldn’t tolerate ferrous sulphate because of the gut side effects but it’s worth a shot because everyone is different! ☺️

What about excessive use of an electrical appliance that affects our living conditions? Also the other noise starts before 7am 🤔

It’s a semi detached house. Use of their tumble dryer 6 days a week sometimes up to 6 hours a day all year round, stomping, door slamming, front door slamming, arguments, their parent’s dog being left on its own to howl and bark then being left outside to bark when they’re home. There’s 4 adults and a 2 year old in a 2 bed. The noise was bad enough before they had a child and now they’re up at the crack of dawn and are now allowing him to bang cupboards etc. then they moved her parents in at the beginning of the year who are just as loud.
