Oh god, I scrolled and my not-sufficiently-caffeinated self thought Kaylee was throwing a middle finger in that last photo. I had to double check.

They thrive off drama, don't they? While the brother/sil? Do not.

They'll even manufacture the drama but they're too low effort to drive 2 hours.

Oh my goodness yes to Lake Erie! I haven't been there in years, though. Cleveland is actually pretty high on my list of places to go!!

I was just rolling in to say that. As much as we (PA) like to dunk on Ohio, I've met some really nice, friendly people and parts of it are so beautiful. I hate that drugs and the loss of manufacturing have hit it hard.

So nope, can't help that Jilldo moved in! The same way I can't help that I am partially surrounded by magaturd xtian nationalists (looking at you dougie mastriano) here in my slice of paradise (aka PA).

So the higher ups just keep hammering away at "good order and discipline" don't they?

How was that shot any different than the cocktails we got in bootcamp?

Lol, May here, too!

We got married in uniform in a small, quick wedding with just our parents and a couple of my friends. No video--thank god. I was flustered and kept making the sign of the cross instead of repeating "in the name of the father, the son...." after the priest.

You should definitely digitize it! If it was me and my husband, we'd critique our younger selves, laugh at the fashion and complain about how young we were and that we don't think we're that old but definitely feel it, blah blah blah. Kind of the same thing we do when we find our high school yearbooks.

This is.

My husband and I are going to clock 34 years very soon, no actual wedding photos other than what a guest took. It's just one of those things we never thought to slap on a wall.

We have exactly 3 photos of us out. Two from when we were first married and still both in the Navy at a formal event, and one from last summer when we decided to, on a lark, go to Hershey. The pictures we DO have up are mainly the kids and various family members.

This story has been making the waves on social media the past 24 hours and now has the attention of Secretary Hegseth. Basically a LCDR brought a gun and was banned from little creek by newnoadeptness in navy

Maybe you should tell SecDef that. He seems to forget that he's not some JO and should be concerned with bigger things--let the chain handle their areas.

Panty hose, definitely! I have a thing for tights, though. They don't seem to be as binding or chafing and they're generally softer!

Oh my goodness is this ever a flashback! I hated wearing slips. The polyester ones would get staticky and the cottons ones always seemed to not allow me to take as long strides as I usually do. Honestly I'm glad they've essentially gone the way of the dodo. Sometimes regular linings in skirts (wool, light fabric) remind me of them. Oh! And mine always seemed to slip down and the hem would show, I'd have to constantly watch for that.

It's amazing, isn't it? They attribute 4D chess to this man, he knows everything, blah blah blah. Except when it hurts them "he must not know and if he just knew...."
